Terms:

• Live arrival guarantee
• Only non-venomous, legal reptiles
• Not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, etc.
• Each reptile must be in its own appropriately sized container
• Obviously sick/diseased animals will not be transported
• Not responsible for disease transmission
• Reptiles will be in a climate-controlled environment for the entire trip
• Failure to arrive within 30 minutes at the predetermined location to pick up your reptile will result in a void of the live arrival guarantee. The reptile will be returned to the sender on the return trip, and costs incurred in the maintenance of the reptile during this time will be billed to the receiver.
• All shipping fees must be paid at or before time of pickup. We accept cash, email money transfer or bank deposit.
